I'm sorry you feel that way. Don't worry buddy, it's not so bad. What you can do to let out your frustration is to take some activitie you like. I recomend you some contact sport, you can try boxing. It's very relaxing. Learning how to fight will help you feel stronger and safer in general and you will make friends. It does not matter if it's not in your neighborhood.
I assure you, you'll feel better from the first day.
